Yorkshire Pudding

Mix the above with a fork until it makes a smooth batter. Let set for 1 to 1 1/2 hours - then mix again. Take roast drippings from roast and put in bottom of muffin tin. Put in oven and heat tin. Put batter on top of drippings in tin. Put on top shelf in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
