Sour Cream Banana Cranberry Bread

From the Kitchen of: Carole Waller

Beat margarine (or butter) until soft. Add eggs one at a time and then add salt and vanilla. Add bananas. Mix flour and soda together. Alternate flour and sour cream to egg mixture. Blend well after each addition. Fold in nuts and berries. Bake in greased bread pans. Small pans take 40 to 50 minutes and larger pans take longer. This makes a lot of banana bread. After you use sour cream in banana bread - you will never like the drier crumbly versions again.

** Best if you freeze the berries and use frozen - this helps to prevent bleeding.
