Pumpkin Bread

Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add all other ingredients (except eggs). Batter will be stiff. Add eggs (one at a time) and beat well. A cup of chopped walnuts and/or raisins may also be added if desired. Bake at 350 for one hour (for large loaves) and 30 to 45 minutes for small loaves. Makes 4 large loaves or 8 to 10 small loaves.
