Hobo Bread

Source:  Favorite Recipes from our Best Cooks Ketchikan, Alaska

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - mix well and leave overnight. Divide into 3 (1 lb.) greased and floured coffee cans. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour. Let stand for 11 minutes, then shake out of can.
