Herbed Scones

In large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, chives, parsley, salt and thyme. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until crumbly.

Using fork, stir in yogurt. In bowl, knead about 5 times until smooth. On lightly floured surface, roll out to 1-inch thickness. Using 2-inch round cutter, cut out scones and place on floured baking sheet.

Bake in 425F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.

Makes about 12 scones.
