The addition of egg gives this white bread a richer flavour than basic white bread.

1		egg
1/2	C	milk
1	tbsp.	butter
2	tbsp.	sugar
1	tsp.	salt
2	C	bread flour
1-1/2	tsp.	yeast

Put ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, medium crust. Press start.
