Cranberry Nut Bread


From the Kitchen of:  Sylvia

Sift dry ingredients. Stir in berries, nuts and orange peel. Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir only until moist. Place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Test for doneness.

YIELD:One loaf.
