Mexican Hot Cocoa

Comments: Dutch-type cocoa has the richest taste

  • Mix in a saucepan cocoa,sugar, and salt.
  • Add the boiling water. Boil 3 minutes.
  • Add the instant coffee.
  • Add the 4 cups of milk. Heat slowly to just below the boiling point. Beat well with an egg beater or wire whisk.
  • Flavor with a few drops of vanilla or a bit of cinnamon to taste.
