Sublime Lime Fizz

1/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup crushed ice
1 egg white
2 tablespoons sugar
2 jiggers (3oz) gin
1 lime, juiced
4 or 5 drops orange flower water, opt.
Lime slices for garnish
In blender, whirl cream, ice, egg white, sugar, gin, lime juice and orange flower water.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve at once.
Garnish with lime slice. Makes 2 drinks.
