Serving Size:   3 (5th size bottles)

		2 oz. instant coffee
		4 cups water
		4 cups sugar
		1 quart vodka
		1 vanilla bean

• Dissolve coffee in 1 cup hot water. Boil (turn off).
• In large pot, put 3 cups of water and 4 cups sugar and boil briskly for 5 minutes. Add coffee mixture to sugar water.
• Remove from heat, cool 20 minutes. Add vodka. Split one vanilla bean.
• Using 3 (5th size) bottles, put piece of bean in each. Pour mixture into bottles. Let stand 3 weeks.
