Hot Malted Milk with Egg

2 tbsp. malted milk mix
1 egg
boiling water
few drops vanilla, or grated nutmeg
2/3 cup hot milk
Mix malted milk with a little boiling water in cup to smooth paste.
Beat egg until light; add to malted milk mixture.
Add hot milk and flavoring.
Stir until smooth and serve.
Makes one serving.
