French Chocolate

Serving Size : 6

  • Put in saucepan the chocolate and water. Stir over low heat, until the chocolate melts.
  • Add the sugar and salt. Cook until thick (about 10 minutes) Cool.
  • When cold fold in the heavy cream.
  • When ready to serve, heat the milk. Pour hot milk into each cup, and top with a spoonful of the chocolate cream.
