This is a great and simple recipe that's always a favorite at my house. It can be served with crackers or in a round loaf of pumpernickel bread (with the middle scooped out and cut up to be used for dipping).

| 1 | C | Sour cream |
| 1 | env | Dry ranch dressing mix |
| 1 | 10-oz pkg | Thawed, diced spinach, drained |
Mix ingredients and chill
