Makes approximately 100 balls.
| 1 | lb | Sausage (hot or mild) |
| 1 | lb | Shredded cheddar cheese (sharp) |
| 3 | C | Bisquick |
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all three ingredients together. Roll into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until brown.
