Gouda Balls

This recipe can also be used with other cheeses, brie or swiss are good.

Peel the wax from a Gouda cheese. Wrap in crescent roll dough, being sure that all seams and perforations are pressed securely closed. Bake in 350 degree oven until a skewer can pass easily through the cheese. If the dough starts to become too brown, cover with aluminum foil for the remainder of baking time. Approximately 20 minutes total.
